"I had been a customer since 2003 ish (home owners policy + life insurance). While I may not have been his highest dollar customer, I was a good customer —- not a single claim or need in all those years and never missed a payment. A month or so ago, I called (twice) to get a quote in an umbrella policy. Both times I was told I would receive a call back — and both times I never received a call back. My need was more complex, but a call back to say they could help, or not, was all I was looking for. I was so frustrated having to work so hard to spend money, I cancelled my policy. When I called to cancel, Chris never asked why I was leaving, what he could do to retain me as a customer or even a thank you — he almost seemed happy to lose my business."
